Telegram Premium Will Be Available on Latest iOS Beta, Featuring Premium Stickers & Emojis
Telegram has started working on implementing its premium version of its social media application as spotted on version 8.7.2 beta for iOS. These services for Telegram Premium users offered by the company start their premium features with new stickers and emojis.
When the live version of Telegram premium is live, users will begin getting a prompt message asking them if they’ll like to sign up for the premium version of the instant messaging app. This new service offered by the company is a way for the company to monetize its platform and earn directly from the app. Before this, the company has been relying on donations from firms, or its users, this has kept the app free for years.
Regarding the pricing, Telegram is yet to provide information about this, nor is the availability of the features available. However, the subscription-based feature will give users access to tons of premium stickers and reaction emojis. Though there are no hints if or when this feature will be coming to Android, it may take a while if the company has plans for this platform.
Regular users i.e free users of the app will not be able to see the premium stickers on the platform, as confirmed by the Telegram beta channel. What they will see instead is a banner informing them to “unlock additional reactions by subscribing to Telegram Premium.” The user who does so, from then on can access all the premium features.
Well, this is not the only new feature launched by Telegram over the past mosts. So far, they have launched a new notification tone that allows users to choose the sound they want, chats can be muted based on the time set by the user, messages can be deleted automatically at the users’ wish, and messages forwarding now displaying the replies. These are just a few of the cool features introduced by the company recently.
